Description of Processes:
Student/Staff Profile: By picking up the student/staff profile data source from the school administration system, QSSync uses the email address as the unique key and verifies this against the e-learning system. If the user account exists, QSSync will update the corresponding profile.
Staff class list: By mapping the class list from the school administration system with the e-learning course, QSSync will use the mapping information to retrieve all class lists belonging to the teacher and then assign the teacher to the corresponding e-learning course. Multiple classes can be mapped into same e-learning course.
Student class list: QSSync loads students' class list data and assign each student’s subject into the corresponding e-learning course.
